I’m a proud husband to my amazing wife — we’re in our 11th year of marriage — and a dad to two beautiful daughters, aged 9 and almost 2. We live in vibrant Brisbane, Australia, where we enjoy the warm climate, family-friendly lifestyle, and the chance to explore everything this beautiful city and its surroundings have to offer. THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE:
For over 14 years, I’ve built a rewarding career in technology, leading test automation teams, mentoring others, and helping deliver high-quality solutions for some of the biggest names in the industry. I genuinely enjoy my role as a Test Lead and the opportunities it gives me to grow and lead. Financially, I’ve been fortunate to earn well and progress in my career.
But I’m also a realist. The rapid advancements in AI, combined with an unpredictable economic climate, have made it clear that no industry — not even tech — is immune to disruption. The idea of relying solely on one income stream, tied to market conditions and external factors I can’t control, no longer feels secure.
That realisation became a turning point. I wanted to create an additional income stream that wasn’t dependent on the ups and downs of the IT job market — something I could build and grow on my own terms. My passion for personal development and leadership made this business the perfect fit: a way to invest in my future, create stability for my family, and help others elevate their own lives and careers along the way.

Not long ago, I came across a business model that instantly caught my attention.
